We put great emphasis on Customer Support and due to our significant growth and in order to solve queries more efficiently and quickly, we have moved to a new and improved online ticketing system.

What does this mean?

• We aim to respond to all customer tickets within two working days.
• Every new ticket receives an automated reply to confirm your query has been logged.
• We have upgraded our internal Customer Support helpdesk, which will now let us drill down into every query and help resolve it a lot more quickly.
• Where necessary we will also make outbound calls to resolve tickets.
• We no longer have a contact telephone number, but please don't panic we've now made contacting us a lot more straight forward.
