Policy Duration:

You have 14 days from the date of receiving your items to request a return or exchange. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot process any refunds or exchanges.

Returning products because of differences from what was ordered or any product defects will be authorised by HushHush within two days of delivery.

Customer Responsibility for Returns

  • For returns initiated due to personal reasons, customers are responsible for shipping costs to our European warehouse.
  • For non-European returns, HushHush may pay customs fees; however, these fees are non-refundable.
  • Returns must be shipped using FedEx, DHL, or UPS with an active tracking number.

Reporting Defective or Damaged Items

  • If you receive faulty or damaged items, report the issue within 3 days of receipt by emailing support@hushhush.com with your order number and photographic evidence.
  • Once confirmed, we will arrange a return for either an exchange or refund.

Non-Returnable/Refundable Items

  • Orders shipped to European Union countries cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • The product, along with its original packaging and any accompanying items, must be returned to HushHush to avoid damage during transit.

Unclaimed or Rejected Packages

  • Customers are responsible for accepting deliveries. Any additional fees incurred for unclaimed or returned packages will be borne by the customer.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned items.
