Delivery Verification:

Upon receiving your order, customers must verify:

Important:

Lost or Damaged Packages:

  • Packages are insured up to a maximum value of €30 unless additional coverage is arranged during purchase.
  • Any anomalies, such as mismatched names on the order and payment method, may require additional verification, extending the delivery time by up to 7 business days.

Non-Delivery Claims:

In the unlikely event that an order is not delivered within 14 business days after order confirmation:

  1. Email support@hushhush.com with the subject line "Non-Delivery", including your order number and any relevant details.
  2. HushHush will respond within 2 business days to resolve the issue or provide an explanation.

Unclaimed Packages:

  • Packages returned to the vendor due to non-collection will incur a fixed fee of €45, which will be charged to the customer.

Customs Operations:

For shipments outside the EU, HushHush coordinates with FedEx, DHL, or UPS for customs clearance. Necessary documentation is provided to ensure smooth delivery.
